Hairlocs is closed on weekends. Hairlocs is also closed on the following holidays Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day. Anything purchased on these holidays will be processed the next open business day.

Guarantee time when shipping to residential address:

All Residential deliveries are guaranteed by 8 pm (Unless it’s a priority delivery those are by 12:00pm - in most areas).

Guarantee time when shipping to a business:

All business deliveries are guaranteed by 4:30 pm (Unless it’s a priority delivery those are by 12:00pm - in most areas).

Saturday deliveries:

Saturday delivery is guaranteed by 1 pm in most areas.

We require a signature:

We require a signature to all home deliveries. Clients do have the option to waive the signature but that releases Hairlocs of liability (if the package is lost or stolen after it has been delivered with no signature).

Cut off time:

Our cut off time for orders shipping out for the day is 2:30 pm CST. Anything purchased after 2:30 pm will be processed the following business day. Anything purchased Friday after 2:30 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
