K-Tip Extensions, also known as Keratin tip, is an individual extension that is applied using a heating tool. K-tips are ideal for fine to medium-haired clients and are extremely versatile with maximum movement.

We require a signature:
We require a signature to all home deliveries. Clients do have the option to waive the signature but that releases Hairlocs of liability (if the package is lost or stolen after it has been delivered with no signature).

Our cut off time for orders shipping out for the day is 2:30 pm CST. Anything purchased after 2:30 pm will be processed the following business day. Anything purchased Friday after 2:30 pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Q&A
- Are the shades the same as they were 1 year ago (early 2025)? I am ordering new packs and was going to get the same color I got last time but the picture online looks darker than I remember. The shade I was going to get was hl-01 dark chocolate
- They are the same! It could be the setting on your phone or computer. I would make sure also that you have a current swatch as they do fade over time! If you need a new one I would call customer service and they would be happy to help you!
- It would be great if you carried 24 inch lenght in your tips! Is there a reason you stop at 20 inch? I use the 24 inch and would love to try your product.

- Can you perm the straight k-tip extensions?
- You can, but it is not recommended as it will shorten the life of the extensions.
- I am interested in either the wavy or medium curl texture. Can you please give me the best description of each of them? What does it mean when you say coarse texture with the medium curl? My client does have a curl texture but not a very tight curl. She would like to wear it as a wash and go curl without having to curl the extensions. What texture gives the best look to achieve this look. Worried wavy is not enough and medium may be too much.Please help..Lol!!! Also does each of these textures curls bounce back once the hair is curled or straightened?
- The course means that it has that thicker texture. Our education team has installed on someone with thin hair and it blended! The medium and tight curl and permanent patterns and so if she washed it the curl with bounce right back.
- Can you add on your site where you can purchase 24 in keratin tips? I have to email to order?? How do you process my payment? Also do you your the tape remover to help break the bond on keratin tips? I don’t see a remover for them.
- We only carry 20 inch Ktips in house, 24 inches would need to be custom ordered through customer service. If you are having issues with payment process, I would call customer service at 855-373-2683. Also the blue tape cleanser is the same thing you would use for the K-tips.
- If I ordered today about how long would it take for shipping?
- We have multiple shipping options available! You can get it anywhere between 1-3 days depending on the option you choose!

- how many bundles of the k-tips are required to do a full head
- on average 2-5. Sometimes more depending on density
- How does the retipping work and how much does it cost? If they are cut in half to be made smaller do you still retip those?
- For re-tipping you would simply send your hair back to us, and it costs $1 per strand. And if they are cut in half they can be re-tipped as half points.
